However, it does not give us any personal information regarding the user's identity.

If you do not wish to participate in this form of conversion tracking, you can decline to have the necessary cookie placed on your system by setting your browser to generally deactivate the automatic placement of cookies. • Google Adwords Remarketing Pixel
Using the Google Inc. (“Google”) Remarketing or “Similar target groups” function allows us to direct targeted advertisements to visitors of the website by offering interest-based advertisements that have been personalized for visitors of our site when they visit other sites in the Google Display network. Google uses so-called “cookies” to analyze usage of the website, which is the basis for interest-based advertising. To do so, Google saves a small file with a numeric sequence in the browser of the website's visitors. This number is used to record the number of visits to the website and anonymous data about the website's use. No personal data of the website's visitors is recorded.

If you visit another website in the Google Display network after being at our site, you will be shown advertisements that very likely take into account product and information sites that have been called up in the past. You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies by Google by clicking on the following link and then downloading and installing the plug-in that you find there: Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies by third parties by calling up the deactivation site of the Network Advertising Initiative at and following the opt-out instructions there.

Additional information about Google Remarketing and Google's data privacy policy is available here:
    • Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage various website tags from a user interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not record any personal data. The tool triggers other tags that record data in some circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation was made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.
    • Quantcast Remarketing Pixel
Quantcast provides us with a service for audience measurement and for advertising purposes. Using Quantcast Remarketing allows us to address those who visit our website in a targeted manner. Quantcast associates the information about your use of the website or the app with a unique identifier (your cookie ID), not your name, your e-mail address or your telephone number. Additional information is available in the Quantcast Privacy Policy. You may opt out of advertising and data collection by Quantcast at any time:
    Use of HubSpot
Our websites use software provided by HubSpot Inc. (henceforth “HubSpot”), in particular the online subscription service that includes the following: HubSpot Analytics, HubSpot Pixel, HubSpot Appstatic and HubSpot Collected Forms. These services are provided by HubSpot Scripts and the HubSpot API. An API, or Application Programming Interface, is a programming interface that connects our servicewith HubSpot. Scripts are small programs which partially serve to execute the above functions.
We use the HubSpot online subscription service. This enables us to create marketing websites on the servers of HubSpot Inc. Visitors can use these websites to find out more about our company, download content and input their contact details or other demographic information. This information is saved on and managed by the servers of the HubSpot Inc. service providers. If you find something of interest to you, this information will be used by our services to contact you. We use HubSpot to better coordinate our marketing, analyze data and generate leads. HubSpot collects data according to our instructions and has no direct relationship to you and your personal data that are processed.

    a. Cookies by HubSpot
We use cookies from HubSpot to analyze trends, manage our website, track user movements around the website and to collect demographic data about our users overall.
We use cookies so we can personalize your online user experience. A cookie is a text file that is stored on your hard disk by a web server. Cookies do not execute programs on your computer nor do they introduce any viruses. Cookies are solely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie for you. One of the main purposes of cookies is to make time-saving practical functions available to you. Cookies are used to show the web server when you returned to a specific page.
You have the option to either accept or reject cookies. Most web browsers accept cookies automatically but as a rule you can change your browser setting to reject cookies. If you reject cookies you may not be able to use all the interactive functions of our websites.

    b. Log files by HubSpot
We use HubSpot log files. These enable us to collect demographic data such as your post code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. To do this we use log files which are not linked with your name or other personal data. Data are also collected automatically via your computer hardware and software. These data may include the following: Your IP-address, browser type, domain name, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our website (e.g. HTML pages, graphics, etc.), the operating system, clickstream data, access pages and the addresses of websites via which you accessed our website. We use these data to compile general statistics about the use of our website.

    c. Pixel by HubSpot
We use software technology from HubSpot known as a pixel. Through the pixel we can find out which content is effective so we can better manage the website and our services. Pixels are tiny graphics with a unique identifier. They function in a similar way to cookies in that they are used to track online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies which are saved on the computer hard disk of a user, pixels are embedded invisibly on websites or in emails and are about as large as the full stop at the end of this sentence. We use pixels in our HTML-based emails to track which emails are opened by the recipients. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of specific communications and our marketing campaigns. We combine the data collected by pixels in emails with the personal data of our customers. If you would like to unsubscribe from these emails you can do this at any time through an Opt-Out option. Please write to us if you have any questions.

    d. Appstatic
We use mobile analysis software from HubSpot to analyze the functionality of our mobile apps on your mobile device in more detail. This software can collect information of the following types: how often you use the app, which events appear in the app, overall usage, performance data and from where the app was downloaded. In addition to the information that we collect from our websites, when you user our mobile apps we can also capture your location, your device model, device version, your device ID (UDID) and the version of your operating system. We can link the information that we save in the analysis software with personal data that you transfer in the mobile app. This enables us to improve our services for you and to optimize our marketing, our analyses and the functions of our website.
